• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all hotel departments (Rooms, F&B, Culinary, Spa, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and more).

• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.

• Create and post attractive job ads on appropriate job boards, social platforms and talent networks.

• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and conduct interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Manage offers, reference checks, and pre‑employment processes in alignment with hotel policies.

• Build strong pipelines of hospitality professionals through networking, career fairs and partnerships with hotel schools.

• Promote the hotel’s employer brand through social media content, campus outreach, and hotel tours.

• Maintain a strong presence across luxury hospitality recruitment channels.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within luxury hospitality.

• Strong understanding of hotel operations and diverse role requirements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and cultural awareness.
