Requirements

🔹 معرفة بأساسيات استقطاب المواهب وإجراءات التوظيف
🔹 مهارات تنظيم ودقة عالية في إدخال البيانات
🔹 مهارات تواصل فعّالة وروح فريق
🔹 إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office
🔹 إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابتا و تحدثا
Requirements
- •1-3 years experience in HR or recruitment (preferably in contracting)
- •Diploma/Bachelor's in HR/Business Administration
- •Knowledge of talent acquisition basics and recruitment procedures
- •High organizational skills and data entry accuracy
- •Effective communication and teamwork skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- •Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- •Support HR in attracting talent for various projects
- •Follow up on basic recruitment procedures and data entry
- •Organize CVs and ensure required information is complete
- •Coordinate with departments for recruitment and interviews
- •Assist in preparing periodic recruitment reports
- •Contribute to improving candidate experience through effective communication
