Position: Supply Chain Intern

Location: Dubai, UAE

As a Supply Chain Intern for Fragrance & Beauty, you will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Executive and work alongside Area Sales Managers, Marketing, Retail, Local Market,Brand Managers,BoutiqueTeamsand our headquarters in Neuilly to ensure seamless order processing and shipment coordination across the UAE. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury supply chain operations, shipment follow-up, and cross-functional teamwork, while contributing to the continued success of one of the world’s most iconic brands.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

Order & Shipment Management

• Supportaccurateandtimelyorder creation in SAP, ensuring data integrity and thorough documentation.

• Track shipments and proactively follow up on delivery status, collaborating with Customer Service teams in Paris.

• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, including quantities, delays, and documentation issues.

• Assistwith clearance and invoicing processes for the UAE Local Market, coordinating with distributors and supporting the Supply Chain Executive.

Reporting & Coordination

• Participate in weekly Sales & Supply meetings, preparing and sharing shipment ETA updates.

• Update andmaintaintrackers, includingcampaign shortagesanalysis,regularorder fill-rateanalysisand campaigntrackers with updatedETAs.

• Contribute to the monthly supply newsletter byconsolidatingdata.

New Campaign Orders

• Support the follow-up of new campaign orders, raising potential risks or delays.

• Coordinating quota reviews and order validations with cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Previousexperience or coursework in supply chain management, order processing, orlogisticsis an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;proficiencyin Arabic and/or French is a plus.

• Based in Dubai or willing torelocate.
