Team Leadership & Scheduling
• Supervise, train, and support the facilities maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.

Vendor & Equipment Management
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and inventory of tools, equipment, and machinery; ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
Budgeting & Project Coordination
• Assist in preparing and managing the facilities maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of facility projects including renovations, expansions, and improvements, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety checks.
• Prepare and present operational reports to upper management, highlighting performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
Miscellaneous Duties
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree - Business Administration or equivalent.
Years of Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in Facility
