We are seeking highly experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the energy sector to provide strategic advisory support on regulatory frameworks, sector reforms, and large-scale energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in policy development, regulatory environments, and cross-sector collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advisory on energy sector policies, regulations, and reforms.
Contribute to the development and review of national regulatory frameworks.
Support large-scale infrastructure and transformation projects within the energy sector.
Conduct international benchmarking and recommend best practices.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including government entities and regulatory bodies.
Offer insights on the UAE energy regulatory landscape and market dynamics.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 20+ years of experience in oil & gas, petroleum products, gas regulation, or energy sector strategy.
Proven experience in policy formulation, regulatory frameworks, and sector reforms.
Strong exposure to large-scale infrastructure or national-level projects.
Demonstrated ability in cross-agency coordination and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with or advising government regulators or energy authorities.
Background with entities such as DoE, ADNOC, ADNOC Distribution, DMT, or international regulatory bodies.
Experience in international consulting firms or advisory roles is a strong plus
