Student Advisor (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Student Advisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to students in their academic and career pursuits, helping them to navigate their educational pathways and achieve their goals. You will be a key resource for students, offering advice on program selection, application processes, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on academic programs, course selection, and career opportunities, based on their interests and goals.
• Provide information about admissions procedures, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to discuss students’ strengths, areas for improvement, and strategies for success.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and events aimed at student development and engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational policies, university programs, and job market trends.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the student experience and support retention efforts.
• Document and track student interactions and outcomes for reporting and improvement purposes. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an educational or training environment in a Trainee affairs or support capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on student needs.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with students and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of academic programs and career options available in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with student management systems.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
• High level of empathy, patience, and commitment to student success.
