Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Lead - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Lead to build and lead moomoo’s partnership and creator growth strategy in Saudi Arabia.

You will identify the partners, creators and communities that influence Saudi investors, build strong local relationships, structure commercially effective collaborations, and turn them into measurable business growth.

As an early member of the Saudi team, you will have significant ownership in shaping moomoo’s local influencer and partnership strategy, while building and leading the team as the business scales.

1. Build Local Influencer & Partnership Strategy

• Map the Saudi influencer, financial, media and business ecosystem and identify high-potential opportunities.
• Develop local partnership strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, AUM and revenue.
• Identify new growth opportunities based on local market insights.2. Own Strategic Partnerships

• Source and build relationships with financial institutions, media, fintechs, consumer platforms, major brands and other strategic partners.
• Own the full partnership cycle from outreach and negotiation to launch and performance review.
• Develop creative cooperation models including co-marketing, education, referral programs, events, sponsorships and integrated campaigns.3. Build and Scale the Influencer Network

• Identify and build relationships with leading finance, investing, business and relevant mainstream creators.
• Develop a strong influencer portfolio across different audience segments and content formats.
• Negotiate sustainable long-term, performance-based or exclusive cooperation models.
• Work with creators to develop content that aligns with both audience needs and business objectives.4. Drive Commercial Results

• Own the commercial performance of influencer and partnership channels.
• Evaluate opportunities based on CAC, customer quality, AUM, trading activity, revenue and strategic value.
• Track performance, optimize partnerships and prioritize opportunities with the strongest business impact.5. Build Local Market Intelligence

• Develop a strong understanding of how Saudi investors discover, evaluate and trust financial platforms.
• Build relationships across the local financial and business ecosystem.
• Monitor competitors, creators, platforms and emerging opportunities, and translate insights into local growth strategies.6. Lead Cross-functional Execution

• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, Compliance, Legal, Brand and Data teams to move opportunities from idea to execution.
• Coordinate internal resources, timelines and requirements for partnership launches.
• Ensure influencer and partnership activities meet local regulatory and internal requirements.7. Build & Lead the Team

• Build and lead the Saudi Partnerships & influencer team as the market scales.
• Set team priorities, targets and execution standards, and ensure strong delivery against business goals.
• Coach and develop team members across prospecting, relationship management, negotiation and commercial execution.
• Establish scalable processes and local playbooks for sourcing, evaluating and managing partnerships and influencers.
• Build a high-ownership, commercially driven team culture and contribute to moomoo’s broader Saudi growth strategy.Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, influencer/KOL partnerships, fintech, financial services, technology or media.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate and close meaningful commercial partnerships.
• Proven experience leading, coaching or developing BD, Partnership or KOL teams, with the ability to drive both individual and team performance.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi business, creator, media and digital ecosystem.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with creators, founders and senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial judgement and analytical ability, including understanding of CAC, AUM, revenue and ROI.
• Able to work from strategy through hands-on execution in a fast-moving, early-stage market.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and project-management skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic and deep Saudi market knowledge strongly preferred.
• Experience in brokerage, investing, fintech or financial services is highly preferred.
