algahwaalarabiya is looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and inventory. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials and products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the proper handling and storage of goods. This role is essential to support the smooth flow of products within the company and maintain an efficient supply chain. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and transactions.
- Issue materials and products to departments according to requests and procedures.
- Organize and ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with audits.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to manage stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies within the warehouse.Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks) is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
