As a Staff Engineer - Mechanical, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic interaction with customers located in Saudi Arabia (i.e. CSD, Adnoc and more).
- In your role you will build and strong and reliable credibility towards Customers to intercept and share with Engineering team any critical topic that shall be addressed guarantee smooth project execution from early bid phase to commissioning.As a Senior Compressor Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Actively interacting with strategic Customers located in Saudi Arabia, becoming strategic entry point
• Developing strong and reliable credibility towards Customer, managing critical areas of interest/concern of specific projects
• Developing knowledge of centrifugal compressors technical standards and Customer specifications (i.e. API617, Saudi Aramco’s SAMS and more)
• Supporting Modon shop to fulfill project activities with rigor and respecting on time delivery.
• Providing engineering support to internal teams to assist with activities that span the full, technical project life-cycle (from ITO to Commissioning) with specific focus on projects located in Saudi Arabia
• Overseeing relationships with global and local vendors to manage time-zones and successful on-time delivery of required components

To be successful in this role you will:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the mechanical engineering.
• Have at least a strong understanding of core disciplines including mechanics, structural dynamics, rotor dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid and aero dynamics, materials science and structural analysis.
• Have demonstrated technical expertise, leadership, and influence skills expected for an individual contributor on complex parallel projects.
• Have extensive technical experience in executing industrial processes such as fluid transport, liquid/gas compression, combustion, or heating and cooling systems.
• Have a proven track record in applying systems engineering methodologies and configuration management in a cross-disciplinary organization.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead technical communities through influence Partners with the best.

Requirements
