What You Will Do

As Senior Manager – Sales (GCC), you will lead, inspire, and elevate high-performing sales managers and professionals across key Middle East markets (UAE, Oman, Egypt, and Jordan).

• Drive Regional Growth: Accelerate revenue, acquire key accounts, retain valuable clients, and expand market share across both Field and Inside Sales channels.

• Build Winning Teams: Coach, mentor, and empower cross-cultural sales teams to outperform strategic targets.

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate across business functions to design and execute impactful regional growth strategies.

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 5 years of direct sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a sales leadership role.

• Deep knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and cross-cultural leadership skills.

• Proven track record of planning and executing high-growth sales strategies.

• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end logistics landscape (Express, Ocean, Road, and Air Freight).

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
