We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for managing HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, delivering HR insights and reports, and supporting system enhancements to improve HR operations and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR systems, employee data, and system configurations.
- Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and compliance with data governance standards.
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Provide insights and KPI tracking to support HR and business decisions.
- Support HR process automation, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct system testing and support the implementation of new HRIS features and modules.
- Monitor system integrations and perform regular data quality audits.
- Provide HRIS support, user training, and documentation for HR and business users.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve system issues and improve user experience.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations Systems, or HR Technology.
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, BambooHR, Jisr, or similar systems.
- Experience in HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle, and organizational management.
- Experience in system implementation, testing, integrations, and process automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, system controls, and information security practices.
Requirements
