Position Summary / Purpose

As a Specialty Account Manager for Kuwait and Oman, you will build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key accounts to deliver tailored, patient-focused solutions and drive sustainable business growth in line with GSK’s values and Ahead Together strategy.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with HCPs and key accounts to drive awareness and appropriate use of GSK’s solutions, in line with GSK policies and ethical standards.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with GSK’s commercial strategy to achieve agreed objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, medical, market access) to implement tailored account solutions that address patient and customer needs.
- Monitor performance and market trends within your territory and recommend data-driven actions to capture opportunities and address challenges.
- Coordinate with supply chain and commercial teams to support demand forecasting and help ensure product availability for customers.
- Conduct regular external meetings and educational activities with HCPs focused on disease awareness and patient-centric solutions, fully compliant with GSK’s Code and local regulations.Basic Qualifications / Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or account management experience with a demonstrable record of achieving objectives.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Readiness and ability to travel frequently across Kuwait and Oman.
- Valid residency in Kuwait.Preferred Qualifications
The following will be an advantage:
- Recent experience in specialty care and/or respiratory or related therapeutic areas in Kuwait and/or Oman.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, stakeholders and access dynamics in Kuwait and Oman.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Fluency in any additional language relevant to the Kuwait / Oman healthcare market.Work Environment
- Field-based role covering Kuwait and Oman.

Requirements
