Key Responsibilities
• Assess and diagnose patients presenting with ENT conditions, including infections, hearing loss, and structural abnormalities.
• Perform intricate surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
• Work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, including audiologists and speech therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitor patient recovery post-surgery and address any complications that may arise.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, risks, and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records for all patient interactions. Requirements
• Medical degree (MD) with specialization in Otolaryngology.
• Board certification in ENT Surgery is mandatory.
• Current medical license to practice in the UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical and surgical experience in ENT.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of ENT surgical procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient relationships.
