Specialist Workplace - Interior Design & Compliance

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist in Workplace Interior Design & Compliance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our workplace environments meet high standards of design, functionality, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Your expertise in interior design, coupled with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design compliance and enhancement projects across all offices.

• Align existing offices with approved space plans and workplace standards.

• Participate in delivery of al active offices.

• Enforce standardized workplace design across all new developments.

• Inconsistent design across a rapidly expanding portfolios.

• Rework and cost escalation on new offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on workplace design .
• Experience in corporate workplace design and fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of space standards and compliance
