Job Purpose
JOB PURPOSE:
Manage the quality assurance initiatives, and process for all processes within all functions in the company,
with focusing the core business operations at 50 plus operations sites including supply & distribution
terminals, airports, SC locations and production plants, to ensure continuous improvement, system integrity
and customer orientation in line with the company strategies and policies.
Design, update, and monitor all the corrective actions and the consequences of process updates to eliminate
or reduce the non-conformities.
Ensure that the operational activities and Services are consistent with the requirements of Quality Operations
Manual and the regulations Industry, in addition to ADNOC DISTRIBUTION Rules and Standards. Ensure
that all applicable QMS/IMS requirements are fully implemented at all operations sections.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
Quality assurance & Audits
• Supports all External & Internal Inspections performed by various agencies & regulators (IATA, GCAA,
ADAC, Customers, ISO, Internal Audit etc.) across the operations group, terminals & fuel depots.
• Reports inspection results and recommendations to management and ensures closure-plan set and
completed within agreed timeframe.
• Design, update, and monitor all the corrective actions and the consequences of process updates to
eliminate or reduce the non-conformities.
• Carries out periodical inspections of Operations Facilities within the Company including customers’
facilities as and when requested by the Group Managers.
• Co-ordinates and facilitates Quality assurance Audits and other external/internal audits and inspections.
Reports inspections results and recommendations to the Managers.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Carries out inspections of different locations/job sites to ensure ISO Operational procedures are
implemented and the employees have the competencies to perform the jobs, as requested by the
Operations Managers.
• Asses & inspects the existing systems to ensure all requirements are met in order to retain applicable
Certifications by external organization such as ISO, OHSAS, JIG etc.
• Assess and inspect existing systems to ensure all requirements are met to retain applicable
certifications (e.g., ISO, OHSAS, JIG). Conduct gap analyses and develop action plans to address any
deficiencies. Ensure that all systems are regularly reviewed and updated to maintain compliance with
certification standards.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports on quality assurance activities, audit findings, and corrective
actions. Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and compliant with regulatory and company
standards.
• Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify deficiencies in current processes and systems. Develop and
implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address identified gaps and mitigate risks.
Monitor the effectiveness of CAPA initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous
improvement and compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and assess risks related to quality assurance and develop mitigation strategies to address
potential issues. Ensure that risk management practices are integrated into all quality assurance
activities.
• Ensures the closeout of actions from various inspections by maintaining regular follow-ups.
Collaborating closely with site managers to verify the implementation of corrective actions and assigning
specific responsibilities to promote accountability and efficiency.
Continuous improvement & Problem solving
• Investigates customer complaints and follows up corrective/preventive actions and reports to the
Managers.
• Carries out inspections of different locations/job sites to ensure Operational procedures are
implemented and the employees have the competencies to perform the jobs, as requested.
• Recommend, monitor, and support the continuous improvement through the tools and methods for
evaluating, identifying, and correcting any quality affecting parameter.
• Investigates serious operational problems and suggests suitable solutions.
• Cooperates with Training Section to continuously improve the Operations Training Manual. Provides
Training on a regular basis covering safety practices, Incident Investigations, Safety Leadership, risk
assessment and others.
• Ensures that all locations follow one HSE standard from technical and operational requirements.
Quality Management System
• Conduct and design training and awareness sessions for Quality Initiatives and ISO’ objectives,
processes, and procedures to ensure aligned understanding among the related employees.
• Consult on the functions’ compliance to the company’s Document Management System (ADMS), and
Record Management System in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Design and update the Record Management System’s policies, file plans, record classification, record
retention and disposal in accordance with the local regulations and company policy.

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- 8 or more years of experience in quality management preferable in oil and gas retail industry
- Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 quality requirements
- Hands-on Continuous Improvement, and Business Process Re-Engineering

Professional Certifications
Must Have: ISO 9001

Requirements
