Specialist Podiatrist - Private Sector

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a skilled Specialist Podiatrist to join the private sector healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert podiatric care in a private practice setting, focusing on delivering high-quality treatment and personalized care for patients with a variety of foot and ankle conditions.

As a Specialist Podiatrist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing complex podiatric disorders using both conservative treatments and surgical interventions when appropriate. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and provide education on foot health and prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments and diagnoses of foot and ankle pathologies
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Deliver surgical and non-surgical podiatric treatments as required
• Provide patient education on foot care, injury prevention, and maintenance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to professional standards Requirements

• Degree in Podiatric Medicine with valid certification and licensing
• Proven experience as a Specialist Podiatrist, preferably in the private healthcare sector
• Ability to perform both surgical and non-surgical podiatric procedures
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in managing complex foot and ankle conditions
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up-to-date with current podiatric practices and continuing professional development
