Talentspoc is urgently seeking a Specialist Nephrologist for immediate hiring to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases, delivering high-quality care to patients with acute and chronic renal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose renal disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with kidney diseases.
- Manage dialysis and other renal replacement therapies.
- Provide patient education on disease progression, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in clinical research and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Nephrology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosis and management of kidney diseases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Requirements
