Specialist DCS

The Specialist DCS (Distributed Control System) will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of DCS systems within the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring that our industrial processes are efficiently managed and controlled through advanced automation technology.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to develop control strategies, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure adherence to industry standards while optimizing system performance. The Specialist DCS will also provide technical support and training to operational staff on DCS functionalities.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in I&C Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience with major utility organization or industrial control system manufactures.

· Strong knowledge of DCS systems from major vendors such as Honeywell, Yokogawa, or Siemens.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to control and automation systems.

· Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to process control and automation.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

· A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and learning in emerging technologies within the DCS domain.
