A leading Government Healthcare Facility in the UAE is seeking experienced Plastic Surgeons to join its specialist surgical team.
This opportunity is open to internationally trained physicians seeking to relocate to the UAE and offers the opportunity to work in a modern government healthcare environment with advanced surgical facilities, multidisciplinary teams, and comprehensive patient services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive consultation, assessment, diagnosis, and surgical management for patients requiring plastic and reconstructive procedures.
- Perform elective and reconstructive surgical procedures in accordance with clinical standards.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
- Perform pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
- Manage surgical complications and provide appropriate clinical intervention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other surgical specialties.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Participate in surgical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance activities.
- Contribute to teaching, training, and professional development where applicable.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, surgical quality, and evidence-based practice.
- Medical degree such as MBBS, MD, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Recognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery / Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
- Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
- Strong operative and clinical experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
- Experience in a hospital-based surgical environment.
- Candidates with UK CCT, Western Qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent surgical judgment and clinical decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements
