A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant Pediatrician to join its dedicated Pediatrics team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including respiratory, infectious, gastrointestinal, and developmental disorders.
- Conduct routine child health assessments, growth monitoring, and preventive healthcare services.
- Evaluate and manage complex pediatric cases and coordinate referrals when required.
- Provide guidance to parents regarding child health, nutrition, immunization, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, neonatologists, emergency physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, teaching, and continuing medical education.Requirements
Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
Completion of accredited postgraduate training in Pediatrics.
Recognized specialist qualification (e.g., MRCPCH, American Board of Pediatrics, FRACP Pediatrics, CCT Pediatrics, or equivalent).
Minimum 3β5 years of post-specialty clinical experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
