Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guestsupon arrival and providea high levelof personalized service.

• Manage spa bookings and schedules, ensuringaccurateand efficient appointment coordination.

• Handle guest inquiriesin person, over the phone, or via email, providing detailed information about treatments, services, and products.

• Process paymentsandmaintainaccuratebilling and transaction records.

• Coordinate with therapists and spa staffto ensure smooth guest flow andtimelyservice delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and ambianceof the reception area to reflect luxury standards.

• Promote spa services and retail products,supporting sales targets and guest satisfaction.

• Comply withall Four Seasons’ policies and procedures

• Introduce guests to spa services practitioners (massage therapists and fitnessinstructors,etc.)

• Ensure Golden is used at thereceptionand all relevant guest details are given to the Therapist

Preferred Qualifications andSkills:

• 2-4years ofexperiencein a similar position with a luxury hotel or resort
