Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

A Spa Attendant ensures a clean, comfortable, and welcoming spa environment by managing cleanliness, restocking supplies, assisting guests with robes and directions, handling basic inquiries/bookings, and supporting therapists and reception; key duties include maintaining locker rooms, laundry, and guest orientation, requiring excellent customer service, multitasking, and stamina for a fast-paced setting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guest Services: Greet guests, offer refreshments, provide spa tours, answer questions, and assist with changing into robes.

• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep all spa areas (locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms) spotless, including floors, mirrors, and furniture; manage laundry.

• Operations Support: Restock towels, water, amenities, and retail products; coordinate with the spa team for smooth daily operations.

• Administrative Tasks: Handle basic phone inquiries, manage simple bookings or rescheduling, and process payments.

• Inventory: Assist with stock control for linens, consumables, and retail items.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

• Customer Service: Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderately, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of spa treatments and procedures is beneficial.

• Experience: Previous 5-star hospitality or spa experience is required.

• Attitude: Positive, friendly, and a team player.

• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures

• Strong physical stamina and reliability

• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
