We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team through the Tamheer Program (HRDF).

In this role, you won't just be posting updates—you’ll be bringing our lighting projects to life. You will be responsible for capturing the brilliance of our installations and managing our digital presence across all major platforms. This is a hands-on training opportunity for someone who loves photography, videography, and staying ahead of the curve with AI-driven content tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Grow and manage our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content showcasing our products and project installations.
• Brand Storytelling: Develop creative content that aligns with our brand identity and highlights our lighting solutions in engaging ways.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Performance Monitoring: Track engagement metrics and suggest creative ways to improve content performance.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI content generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) to enhance visual output.Requirements

• Nationality: Saudi National.
• Gender: Female.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Tamheer Eligibility: Must be currently unemployed for at least 6 months and have not previously participated in the Tamheer program.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in social media or content creation.
• Technical Skills: Strong skills in photography, videography, and mobile/desktop editing.
• Digital Savvy: Excellent knowledge of social media trends and AI content generation tools.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or active social media accounts demonstrating your creative work is required for screening.
• Location: Based in Riyadh (with a valid driving license preferred).Benefits
