Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead and nurture relationships across our social media platforms. This role is crucial in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, amplify brand storytelling, and cultivate meaningful connections with our audience. You will work closely with influencers, content creators, and brand advocates to ensure our beauty community remains at the forefront of digital conversations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative social content strategies that align with brand values, founder storytelling, and marketing objectives across branded and founder accounts.
• Actively engage with our audience across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content while helping foster a strong and positive community.
• Influencer & Creator Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify brand awareness and support key brand and product moments across branded and founder accounts.
• Monitor brand mentions, trends, and customer sentiment to optimize content and engagement strategies, while identifying cultural moments where branded and founder accounts can authentically participate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives across social platforms.
• Use reports and insights provided by the RGA team to guide social media performance, and optimize strategies based on data-driven decisions.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep branded and founder accounts innovative and competitive.
• Own and manage the social content calendar across branded and founder accounts, ensuring consistent storytelling and alignment with key brand and founder moments.
• Drive audience growth and discoverability across platforms by developing scalable content formats, series, and social-first storytelling for branded and founder accounts.Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or content strategy (preferably within the beauty industry).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and their best practices.
• Strong network and experience working with influencers, creators, and digital communities.
• Exceptional communication skills with a keen ability to craft engaging and on-brand messaging.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
• Creative mindset with a passion for beauty, trends, and storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • •4+ years experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or content strategy
