SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT EXECUTIVE

JOB SUMMARY

The Social Media & Content Executive is responsible for creating and implementing effective social media strategies, developing engaging content, and monitoring performance to drive brand awareness and engagement for the company. This role will be part of the driving force behind our social presence, turning bold ideas into scroll-stopping content that builds community and boosts brand awareness. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy

• Must be able to develop and execute social media with company goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement

• Manage and post across platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content

• Monitor trends, emerging platforms, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant

• Work closely with design and marketing teams to develop campaigns

• Analyse metrics and adjust strategies for performance optimisation

• Stay updated on iGaming and/or crypto trends

Content Creation & Management

• Must be able to manage, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across various platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc

• Strong understanding of social media trends, memes, and engagement tactics

• Creative mindset with a constant stream of fresh ideas

• Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about digital culture

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• A fast learner who thrives in a fast-moving environment

• Experience using scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer)

• Previous experience growing accounts from scratch or taking them viral

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Must have previous experience in managing various platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and others, as well as familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics platforms

• A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance social media presence

• Able to execute excellent content and copy in English, good verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

• A strong positive attitude with a good work ethic and a hands-on approach with a team-player mindset

• Self-motivated, driven, with a high level of intuition.

• If you have Current or previous employment in B2B iGaming, sportsbook or casino this is an advantage.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION: BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-5 years in social media management or a marketing related role. Must be based in Dubai
