SMP - Graphic Designer

Eram Talent is looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually appealing materials that communicate our brand message effectively. You will work on a variety of projects including digital graphics, print media, branding elements, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision and the technical skills to bring ideas to life. The primary role of the experienced graphic designer is to support less complex activities related to designing executive QBRs, business plan presentations, quarterly newsletters, recognition programs, awareness booths and media, employee engagement activities, and townhall events. Additionally, the graphic designer is expected to collaborate with the automation team to assist in designing dashboard platforms, visuals, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate design instructions and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Suggest drafts and ideas for review
• Create illustrations, visuals, and other designs using software or manual drawings
• Use appealing colors and outlines in each graphic
• Collaborate with group leaders and relevant stakeholders to produce final designs
• Test graphics across various media platforms
• Modify or redesign tasks based on feedback
• Ensure all graphics and outlines are visually appealing and aligned with brand standardsRequirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Technical skills in Power BI
• Creativity in developing illustrations and animations
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
