We are looking for a results-driven SMM Manager with experience in real estate and luxury сегments, specialising in developing and executing data-driven social media strategies for international audiences. We need a specialist who is skilled in content planning, brand communication, and performance optimisation across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content plans in line with project strategies
Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook) with a focus on an international audience
Develop and implement SMM strategies for real estate and branded residences projects
Collaborate with the Head of SMM on communication strategy development
Assign tasks to designers and production teams, and ensure high-quality visual content delivery
Contribute to creative concepts, content formats, and special projects
Engage with the audience and clients, maintaining brand tone of voice
Monitor the real estate market (including the UAE), competitors, and industry trends
Analyse channel performance, prepare reports, and optimise strategy based on data
Actively collaborate with an international team and contribute to both operational and strategic tasks
Requirements
Core Skills & Expertise:
• Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
• Real Estate & Branded Residences Marketing
• Performance Analytics & KPI Tracking
• Audience Engagement & Community Management
• Creative Direction & Visual Content Coordination
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis Technical Skills:
• Figma (brief creation, references, basic layouts, design collaboration)
• Video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Social media analytics tools and reporting Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing (real estate focus)
• Strong understanding of real estate development projects and market dynamics (UAE experience is a plus)
• Experience with premium/luxury brands or fashion industry is an advantage
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and strategies
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ level) Benefits
