- Responsible to ensure that slings making is done as per plan and in accordance to the required specifications and quality requirement • Responsible to oversee the day to day operations and ensure no delay to operations and any issues are fully reviewed and managed • Ensure that necessary trainings of team members are conducted to maximize their potential • Responsible to keep management updated with all matters related to slings manufacturing • Shall propose methods resources requirements to enhance slings making process • After completion of sling making he shall be responsible for making the waybills and arranging for transporting them to the barge or vessel • Arrange for proper storage of all slings and preserved as required • Responsible to receive the slings after completion of work offshore and perform the condition check of the wire rope and maintain records of same • Responsible to Inspect slings regularly and to clean slings after and before use and arrange for proper storage • Ensure all works are performed to the highest standards of HSE and as per approved HSE procedures
Requirements
