Job Purpose

As a Service Delivery Supervisor (Cargo) you will have to safely coordinate arrival and departure below wing activities of the aircraft, by leading and briefing loading teams on the handling requirements and ground support activities and ensure alignment with the SLAs, standards operating procedures and highlights any potential handling constraints. Undertakes aircraft pushback operations.
In this role, you will
• Reviews load plans, identifies special cargo, and ensures optimal space utilisation within time and safety standards.
• Plans and communicates resource requirements to build teams, ensuring efficient aircraft loading and maximum payload utilisation.
• Supervises cargo operations across all sections (build-up, break-down, documentation, courier, acceptance, delivery) to meet productivity targets.
• Provides guidance, resolves operational issues, and manages staff performance including counselling and disciplinary actions when required.
• Implements and enforces departmental policies, procedures, and daily operational instructions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitors operations, resources, and equipment while promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, IATA, ISO, IOSA/ISAGO, GDP/CEIV standards, and manages cargo acceptance, handling, and delivery.
• Reviews discrepancies, conducts audits, monitors cargo movement, and drives continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you will have to meet the below requirements
• Hold a bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 years of experience OR a Diploma with a 6 to 8 years in Air Cargo or Ground Handling

• Dangerous Goods Acceptance course
• Proficient Safety Awareness Skills
• Advance Cargo Tariff
• A basic Knowledge of Load Control

Requirements
