- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Stay informed about the lounge's menu, drinks, and specials.
- Promote premium beverages and food items to maximize sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area and ensure tables are set appropriately for guests.What you bring
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury establishments within F&B department.
- Fluent in English with clear verbal skills.
- Ability to provide personalized service to high-end clientele.
- Familiarity with cocktail preparation and wine pairing.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a luxury environment.What we offer
