Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Stay informed about thelounge'smenu, drinks, and specials.
Promote premium beverages and food items to maximize sales.
Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area and ensure tables are set appropriately for guests.
What you bring
Previousexperience in hospitality or luxury establishments withinF&B department.
Fluent in English with clear verbal skills.
Ability to provide personalized service to high-end clientele.
Familiarity with cocktail preparation and wine pairing.
Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a luxury environment.
