As a SEO Specialist, your mission is to design and execute high-impact SEO strategies that elevate our clients' digital presence. You will bridge the gap between technical optimization, content excellence, and performance media, ensuring our organic strategies are seamlessly integrated with paid search and wider marketing goals.
Beyond day-to-day excellence, you will be a trusted partner to our clients and an internal champion for the evolving power of organic search.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct deep technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that improve search visibility and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Search (PPC) and broader media teams to build unified search strategies, maximizing total search footprint and efficiency.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, translating SEO data and strategies into clear, business-driven narratives that inspire confidence.
- Analyze competitor landscapes to identify white space opportunities, content gaps, and tactical advantages.
- Use analytics suites (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Datorama) daily to track performance, attribute value, and uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with regional and global Organic Search teams, aligning with WPP’s Organic Excellence frameworks and sharing best practices.
- Manage your workflow using Agile methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, transparently, and to the highest standard.
- Support new business pitches and identify organic growth opportunities within our existing client portfolio.
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of Google & Adobe Analytics, etc., preferably certified in one or more of these tools.
- Experience in working with specific SEO tools (MOZ, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Understanding of basic media principles (CPM, CPC, impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.).
- Knowledge of media systems such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- At least basic programming knowledge (JScript, HTML, cookies, etc.), ability to understand API-type technical documentation.
- Agile & Adaptable: Comfortable working in an Agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and staying calm under pressure.
- Collaborative Spirit: An enthusiastic team player with a "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Education: University degree.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated SEO role (agency experience is a major plus).
How We Measure Success
- Client Success: Delivering measurable growth in organic performance, leading to high client satisfaction and retention.
- Agency Growth: Supporting revenue targets through strategic organic upsells and participation in successful client pitches.
