Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Experience Designer to lead the design of cutting-edge digital products across platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on designer who blends deep UX and UI craft with the ability to build and maintain scalable design systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and excellence in execution.

You will play a key role in bridging design and development, ensuring seamless handoff, alignment to system guidelines, and high-quality implementation across experiences.

Requirements

UX & UI Design Excellence

• Define intuitive interaction patterns, navigation models, and responsive visual systems across platforms.
• Create end-to-end experience deliverables including user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Design System Ownership

• Build, document, and maintain robust design systems in Figma, defining foundations such as grid, spacing, typography, colors, and components.
• Ensure design systems are scalable, accessible, and aligned with product and tech needs.
• Manage version control, naming conventions, and documentation using tools like Zeroheight.

Developer Handoff & Implementation Support

• Prepare clean, annotated design files for development using Figma and relevant handoff tools.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and alignment to design intent.
• Participate in QA and design reviews to close the gap between design and build, resolving issues proactively.
• Contribute to the use of design tokens and component specs to streamline dev workflows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Design (Interaction, Visual Communication, HCI, Industrial Design) or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products with proven strengths in UX, UI, and design systems.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, with experience managing component libraries and applying design tokens.
• Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first design principles.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) and design-developer collaboration workflows.
• Strong documentation, organization, and systems-thinking mindset.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience in the Financial Services Sector.
• Experience creating and scaling enterprise-grade design systems from scratch.
• Familiarity with QA practices to validate the visual and functional integrity of UI components in production.
• Exposure to agile product teams and tools like JIRA, Zeplin, Storybook, or Git-based environments.
