Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems including:
- HVAC systems (DX units, FCUs, AHUs, package units, chilled water systems)
- Electrical systems (DBs, MCCs, lighting, controls)
- Plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex faults and carry out necessary repairs and rectifications
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per SLA/KPI requirements
- Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of services
- Maintain service records, PPM checklists, and technical reports
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors for work execution
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in MEP maintenance (FM/AMC preferred)
- UAE/GCC experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise buildings preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills across MEP systems
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems (DX & chilled water)
- Ability to supervise teams and manage site activities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in shifts and attend emergency calls
- Physically fit for site work (heights/confined spaces if required
