To strengthen our presence in the UAE, we are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Engineer – Heating & Hot Water Systems to drive sales growth, provide technical expertise, and support distributors and partners with competitive and accurate project solutions.

What You Will Do

Technical Estimation & Proposal Management

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial estimates for heating and hot water systems (residential and commercial).

• Review project specifications, tender documents, and customer requirements.

• Develop system concepts including boilers, heat pumps, hybrid systems, storage tanks, hydraulic layouts, and control solutions.

• Ensure accurate sizing, performance calculations, and compliance with local regulations and standards.

• Support the preparation of competitive quotations and tender submissions.

Distributor & Partner Support

• Provide technical guidance to distributors during project development and bidding phases.

• Assist distributors with system selection, configuration, and optimization.

• Conduct technical training sessions and product workshops.

• Support key accounts in resolving complex technical issues.

• Strengthen long-term relationships through proactive technical engagement.

Sales & Business Development Support

• Identify and support project opportunities in heating and hot water applications.

• Collaborate with regional sales teams to develop tailored customer solutions.

• Participate in customer meetings to present technical concepts and system advantages.

• Support negotiations with technical clarifications and value engineering proposals.

Technical Authority & Solution Design

• Act as a senior technical expert for heating and domestic hot water systems.

• Translate customer needs into efficient, sustainable, and cost-optimized solutions.

• Advise on energy efficiency, decarbonization strategies, and hybrid system integration.

• Ensure compliance with performance, safety, and environmental regulations.

Market & Product Insight

• Monitor market developments, competitor solutions, and emerging heating technologies.

• Provide feedback to Product Management on market needs and product improvements.

• Support the introduction of new products and system innovations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy, Thermal, or Building Services Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heating and hot water systems with strong technical estimation background.

• Solid knowledge of commercial boilers, heat pumps, hydraulic systems, storage solutions, and control technologies.

• Experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels.

• Strong analytical skills for system sizing and cost calculation.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the UAE.
