Senior Specialist. This role involves understanding the client's business needs, configuring the software to meet those needs, and ensuring smooth functionality of the HCM system. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and business processes, ensuring that HCM solutions align with and enhance the human capital management needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, configure the system, provide technical support, and optimize the HCM software to drive organizational success.
