Joining the EMEA Fireblocks sales team, you will drive growth for Fireblocks within the blockchain payments sector across the Middle East As a key member of a leading blockchain and cybersecurity firm, you will target PSP, Cross-Border, Remittances and various other payment providers whilst collaborating closely with regional sales teams, Sales Engineers, and the Payments product team.

You’ll be:

Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Collaborating with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM teams to generate and qualify leads.

Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospects and customers.

Conducting prospecting, territory, and account planning to identify new opportunities.

Keeping the Fireblocks CRM up-to-date with accurate account and pipeline information.

You’ll bring:

Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into the Payments space

Job Description

Main Duties:

To assist the Marketing and Communication Manager in developing and implementing effective PR and advertising strategy.
To liaise with appointed advertising agency with design and lay out coordination and production of stationary, collateral, ads, brochures and graphics.
To maintain the hotel library and photographic image filing
To track and maintain information about competitor’s marketing and communication activities in the Dubai market (promotions, offer, articles, advertising, collaterals) and to develop and update a filing system for all information.
To track and maintain information on Food & Beverage trends and competitors activities.
Act as the liaison between the hotel and the appointed PR agency to generate awareness and write ups of the hotel according to the marketing objectives
To assist the Marketing and Communication Manager to create property press kits, press releases and creative communication of news worthy items with the PR agency.
To continuously update press kits.
To develop and maintain active contacts with the press and key overseas media people
To build a database of key media contacts, opinion makers and local “VIP’s”.
To assist the Marketing and Communication Manager to ensure adequate targeted publicity and coverage of the Hotel’s positioning, promotional programs, corporate image building and other activities.
To assist the Marketing and Communication Manager in developing sales promotions, with external partners such as embassies, organizations, yatch club, The Walk shops, credit card companies, banks, department stores, airlines etc
To ensure the hotel’s web pages are up to date and advice on keeping site dynamic for Internet related exposure and advertising.
To liaise with appointed advertising agency with design and lay out coordination and production of collateral, ads, giveaways and graphics.
To ensure the correct policy and brand standards are followed by the hotel in all marketing collateral, advertising and eCommerce
To ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual as well as electronically is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

Qualifications – Assistant Marketing Manager (Hotel)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or tourism industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, email marketing, and online advertising.

Experience with hotel booking platforms, brand marketing, and customer engagement strategies is an advantage.

Knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.

Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to support business growth.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality branding, and guest experience principles is preferred.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.

Demonstrated skills in photography, videography, and social media content creation, with the ability to produce visually engaging marketing materials, edit photos and videos, and manage the timely posting of content to enhance the hotel's online presence and brand awareness.\\
