Senior Software Quality

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality professional responsible for ensuring software products meet quality standards and business requirements through effective testing, quality assurance practices, and continuous improvement processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.

Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.

Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tracking tools.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Review system requirements and technical specifications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Improve QA processes and testing methodologies.
• Prepare testing reports and quality metrics.
• Mentor junior QA team members when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Experience in performance testing tools.
