The Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer will participate in the implementation of the Ministry's Digital Transformation Program by developing, maintaining, and modernizing SharePoint-based solutions, business applications, and workflow automation using Microsoft SharePoint, .NET, and Power Platform technologies. The role will support application modernization, enterprise integrations, and collaborate closely with the implementation vendor to ensure successful solution delivery, knowledge transfer, and long-term ownership of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications and portals.
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Develop backend components, APIs, and business services using .NET technologies.
• Build workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Develop Power Apps to support business requirements where applicable.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and Microsoft services.
• Develop reusable components and custom web parts.
• Participate in system analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensure compliance with development standards, security requirements, and software engineering best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint and .NET application development.
- Experience in enterprise or government digital transformation projects is preferred. Required Technical Skills

Requirements

- •Proficiency in SharePoint Online / On-Premises and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- •Experience with SharePoint REST API, CSOM, and Microsoft Graph API
- •Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse Fundamentals
- •Strong .NET development skills (C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core)
- •Front-End skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
