We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Senior Sales Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day brings new opportunities, but your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing daily sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Driving personal and team performance by consistently exceeding sales goals.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), corporate business, food & beverage revenue, and banquet sales.
- Monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing proactive sales initiatives.
- Preparing, analyzing, and presenting monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute departmental sales strategies.
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the local market, business trends, and corporate segments.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

Requirements
