We are looking for a Riyadh based professional to confidently present Endace solutions to prospects and partners, using your deep technical knowledge to clearly demonstrate our value proposition. You can join our team of innovative individuals, supporting you to build on our success in a space full of growth opportunities.

You will provide technical presales support for the Endace sales team in a dedicated region and across the Middle East as required. This includes technical qualification, technical presentations, solution design, training, product feedback, product evaluations, implementations, and occasional customer support.

Requirements

To be successful, you will have significant experience in a technical presales/solutions customer facing role within the security, and/or network monitoring sector, along with;

• hands on working experience troubleshooting complex network issues with network analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark)
• a working knowledge of network/security forensic analysis, incident response techniques and processes
• a deep technical understanding of TCP/IP, network analysis, troubleshooting and understanding of network security and threat mitigation
• ability to present and articulate a value proposition to customers at all levels within an organization across both technical and business audience
• ability to travel to and be present on customer sites as required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.Benefits

Requirements

  • •Significant experience in a technical presales/solutions customer facing role
