The Job in a Nutshell💡
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-the-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated sales professional who enjoys outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and creating opportunities for the sales team. As a key contributor to the Sales team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, booking meetings and demos, and helping build a strong and predictable sales pipeline. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to identify and engage target accounts across restaurants, F&B groups, and hospitality brands.
What Will You Do❓
Responsibilities:
• Own outbound prospecting efforts across assigned territories and target accounts, driving consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline growth
• Identify, research, and engage target accounts through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and strategic outreach
• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation to support revenue growth
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking
• Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to target accounts
• Build rapport with prospects and identify key decision-makers and influencers
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team
• Educate prospects on Servme’s platform, value proposition, and use cases
• Nurture leads until they are sales-ready and hand off smoothly to Account Executives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and sales tools
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Continuously refine outreach messaging, email templates, and call scripts
• Bring new ideas, creativity, and insights to improve SDR processes and performance
Requirements
What Are We Looking For❓
• 3-5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B sales
• Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
• Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or other platforms)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven SaaS environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; French is a strong advantage
