Senior Sales Consultant

• Greet customers and assess their tyre needs based on vehicle type, usage, and budget.
• Recommend suitable tyres, wheels, and related product.
• Explain features, benefits, pricing, and warranties clearly.
• Process sales, prepare quotations, and handle payments.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate product knowledge of tyre brands, sizes, and specifications.
• Coordinate with fitment/technical staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.Education:

• Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).Competences

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of tyre brands, sizes, specifications, and fitment requirements.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle types and tyre applications
• Quotation preparation and payment processing skills.Language:
