As a Senior Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Life your role is to lead, coach, and manage a team of Bancassurance Relationship Officers/Sales Advisors in achieving life insurance sales targets through the bank's distribution channels. The role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening partnerships with insurance providers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Achieve individual and team Bancassurance sales targets across life insurance and wealth protection products.
• Drive insurance business growth through assigned branches, banking segments, and sales channels.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase product penetration and revenue generation.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of customer opportunities to ensure consistent sales conversion.
• Conduct customer meetings and joint sales calls to identify needs and close business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with Retail, Priority, Wealth, and SME Banking teams to generate quality referrals.
• Partner with branch management and key stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
• Provide expert insurance and financial protection solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and productivity metrics to ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Deliver product awareness sessions and coaching support to frontline banking teams to improve referral generation.
• Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and insurance guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, portfolio management, and post-sales support to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
What We’re Looking For:

• 5-8 years of sales experience within banking, financial services, or insurance.
• Minimum 2-3 years of team management experience in Bancassurance or Life Insurance distribution.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, wealth solutions, and regulatory requirements.
