Pre-Contract Management:
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify commercial and contractual risks.
- Prepare and finalize contract agreements, RFPs, ITTs, addenda, and clarifications in line with WSP and client standards.
- Conduct cost estimation, commercial analysis, and review subcontractor/supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
