Pre-Contract Management:
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify commercial and contractual risks.
- Prepare and finalize contract agreements, RFPs, ITTs, addenda, and clarifications in line with WSP and client standards.
- Conduct cost estimation, commercial analysis, and review subcontractor/supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Assess contractual risks and ensure compliance with company policies and client procedures.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, finance, and legal teams to ensure completeness of tender submissions.
- Participate in pre-tender meetings, clarifications, and negotiations with clients and consultants.
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize design and cost efficiency.
