Senior Quantity Surveyor

Pre-Contract Management:

• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify commercial and contractual risks.

• Prepare and finalize contract agreements, RFPs, ITTs, addenda, and clarifications in line with WSP and client standards.

• Conduct cost estimation, commercial analysis, and review subcontractor/supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.

• Assess contractual risks and ensure compliance with company policies and client procedures.

• Coordinate with engineering, design, finance, and legal teams to ensure completeness of tender submissions.

• Participate in pre-tender meetings, clarifications, and negotiations with clients and consultants.

• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize design and cost efficiency.
