Senior PX Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Support business leaders on people-related initiatives and HR matters.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.
• Deliver HR reports and analytics, including headcount, turnover, and absence reporting.
• Assist in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities and Emirati talent initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver end-to-end people solutions.
• Support change management and transformation initiatives across the business.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Central Bank regulations, and internal policies.What We Are Looking For:

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Banking & Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, or Generalist HR roles.
• Experience within banking, financial services, or a regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.Skills:
