Role Overview
As a Senior Property Consultant, you will leverage your industry expertise and established network to drive business growth, manage high-value client relationships, and deliver exceptional results across Dubai's dynamic real estate market. You will play a key role in representing the Driven brand while mentoring less experienced consultants and contributing to the continued success of your team.
Requirements
- Proven track record in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a client-focused approach.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the secondary market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Real estate certification or relevant industry qualifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, including Arabic, are a plus.
- A valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating business independently.Benefits

Requirements
- •Proven track record in real estate sales with minimum 2 years UAE experience

- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media
