We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background in infrastructure and/or master planning to lead and oversee complex Land Development projects within our organisation. The role will have a focus on KSA projects, either based in KSA or in UAE with a requirement for periodic travel to KSA to meet project requirements.
The successful candidate will have extensive project management experience as well as a strong technical understanding in Land Development disciplines (master planning, infrastructure, transport planning, landscaping, sustainability). The ideal candidate will possess Middle East experience with the knowledge, skills and expertise to lead multi-disciplinary land development teams and drive internationally significant Land development projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- •Extensive project management experience
- •Strong technical understanding in Land Development disciplines (master planning, infrastructure, transport planning, landscaping, sustainability)
- •Experience in KSA projects (based in KSA or travel from UAE)
- •Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- •Experience driving projects from inception to completion
Nice to Have
- •Middle East experience
- •Knowledge of landscaping and sustainability in land development
