Job Purpose
Manage all the activities related to legal documents, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for processing/delivery of assigned services, while representing the company in all UAE governmental authorities, including but not limited to MOL, other ministries, municipalities, immigration, DED, police stations, courts, airports, hotels, embassies, consulates and other government entities as need be
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage the new and/or renewed employee visas (all types) and other requirements, including but not limited to DSOA, immigration and ministry of labor, offices lease agreement, Ejari, etc.
• Manage the setup (for new activities and/or branches globally) of company trade license, renewal and amendment, as well as any related legal formalities
• Manage company drivers and vehicles in terms of repairs, maintenance and other related matters
• Represent the company with DSOA and other government authorities
• Organize and supervise office infrastructure, including but not limited to facilities’ services, maintenance activities, renovation and sanitization
• Handle the communication and relation with external admin service providers (e.g. cleaning and maintenance agency, law firms, building management, contractors, etc.)
• Coordinate closely with board members to execute paperwork of legal nature, as required
• Ensure company official files and original documents are maintained and updated in an efficient, secure and confidential manner
• Support and manage facilities-related matters, ensuring smooth coordination whenever required.
• Coordinate with legal advisers for any legal issues related to the company
• Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct managerRequirements
Education
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant field.
Experience
4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
Technical Competencies/Skills
• Very good command of English and Arabic
• Strong knowledge in MS Office
• Good knowledge of local laws
